Classic Louis XIII stone fireplace with trumeau : Baux de Provence

This elegant fireplace "Baux de Provence" is the reissue of a classic Louis XIII mantelpiece

This fireplace with trumeau is crafted within our stone-cutting atelier and carved in the stone of Estaillades (a natural limestone extracted from our quarries located in Provence). The patina and finishing could be modified according to your liking and to match your home.

The style of the fireplaces under the reign of Louis XIII is recognisable especially by the opulent molding carved both on the jambs of the mantel and along the lintel, thus highlighting the hearth.
The originality of this model "Baux de Provence" comes from its imposing lintel carved with a curvy shape. The trumeau is simpler and topped by a thin molded cornice.

→ The height of the trumeau can be reduced to suit your interior. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
