Fireplace in carved natural limestone, a nice Louis XIV mantelpiece

This beautiful fireplace is hand-crafted in our stone cutting atelier in Provence. It is carved in the white stone of Provence "the Estaillades stone" (a natural limestone extracted from our quarries located on the Mont Ventoux).

This large fireplace is inspired by the classic Louis XIV mantelpieces. It features a pair of jambs carved in console finely hand-sculpted with frames. The monolithic lintel is nicely molded. The shelf (or tablet) is wide and also finely molded, thus highlighting the movement of the lintel.

This fireplace will add without a doubt an authentic and charming touch to your home !
