French limestone veneer fireplace : a fine 19th Century mantel
This re-issue of a classic French 19th Century fireplace has been hand-carved in the stone of Lens, a white limestone quarried in the South of France.
Crafted in our stone-cutting atelier located in Provence (Isle sur la Sorgue), this elegant veneer fireplace in stone features a small stone base, a pair of straight jambs, a rectangular lintel and a thin molded tablet. Opulent moldings have been sculpted by hand on both jambs and on the lower side of the lintel.
Its simplicity makes its originality. This fireplace would easily fit in any decorating style and could be re-designed to fit in perfectly within your space.
