Limestone fireplace with trumeau - Louis XIII style

Superb fireplace in natural stone of Provence with trumeau. This original creation is inspired by the style of Louis the 13th (17th century) by its finely carved and sculpted mouldings.

The imposing trumeau, animated by a moulded frame, rests on a horizontal monolithic lintel, itself placed on shapely jambs. Large mouldings appear on the surroundings of the lintel. Also note the elegance of the corner withdrawals on the trumeau and stepped cornice finely moulded.

100% artisanal and French, the fireplace hand carved in our workshops can be re-thought to fit your criteria and interior decor. It can perfectly be used as an open fire or with insert.
