Limestone fireplace of French Regency style

A fine example of a re-issued fireplace, made from the limestone of Provence and inspired by the French Regency style. This fireplace, both modern and stylish, is cut, carved and sculpted in our stone workshops located in provence, between the Mont Ventoux and Avignon (South of France).

Beautiful, its low-arch lintel is carved with cartridges decorated with various geometric patterns. The jambs of this mantel are curvy at the top, and animated with hand-sculpted twirls, shells and plants. The hearth line of the lintel presents a rich moulding that continues along both jambs. The tablet is finely moulded and underlines perfectly the movement of the lintel.
