Elegant stone fireplace, a reissued classic Louis XV mantel

This beautiful fireplace hand-crafted in Provence is sculpted by hand in our atelier in the white limestone of Provence, the stone of "Estaillades".

This fireplace is inspired by the classic Louis XV French mantels and features a pair of jambs slightly curved and sculpted with frames that are topped by a monolithic lintel finely hand-carved and showing in the middle a fine sculpture of a "rocaille". The hearth line is beautifully crafted with curves and cons-curves. The tablet (or shelf) is wide and finely molded, highlighting the movement of the lintel.
