Fireplace in the stone of Cabéran inspired by the style of Louis the 16th

Fireplace "Louis XVI" in natural French stone.

The style of Louis 16 presents more geometric and rectilinear forms : the geometric and decorative sculptures are very characteristic of this style. The jambs are straight and rectangular and presents some carved grooves. The lintel is decorated with hand-carved rosettes and a cartridge, with in its center, an oval shape.

This mantel is hand made by our craftsmen in our workshops located in the South of France. It is carved into the stone of Cabéran (a natural calcareous stone from our region, extracted in the quarries of Ménerbes and Lacoste).
