Central octagonal fountain with basin and column crafted in natural French limestone

The stone used to hand-carve this charming central fountain is the stone of Avy, a firm and frost resistant limestone quarried in the South West of France, near Bordeaux.

Elegant in its proportions, the originality behind this garden fountain is that its basin, its central column and its molded capital are all carved in an octagonal shape.
The flat molded copings are wide enough to sit-on and enjoy the calm brought by the gentle sound of flowing water.
