Superb rustic limestone fireplace from Provence

What's more enjoyable than spending a beautiful winter evening by the fire, watching the flames crackling ?

This traditional Provence-style fireplace with a rustic yet charming look is carved from the local limestone, the stone of Estaillades (a natural stone extracted from our quarries in Provence).

This farm mantel features all the fundamental of the traditional fireplaces namely a lintel resting on two jambs, without any other artifice. We have weathered the stone by hand it to give it that authentic look. A beautiful hand-crafted fireplace !

Ideal for small spaces, it can be used as an open hearth to enjoy the authenticity of the ancient fireplaces, or with an insert or gas/wood burner.
