Large central stone fountain in the style of the old wash-houses

This large central fountain is presented here hand-carved in weathered Estaillades stone, a natural limestone from Provence.

What makes this fountain original and unique : its oval shape, its dimensions, but most of all its thick and large concave stone copings reminiscent of Provence village wash-houses.

The oval basin is impressive : more than 3 meters long by 2 meters wide !
The central square column is adorned with various sculptures on 2 of its sides : moldings, breastplates and rosettes... and is fitted with 2 water spouts in wrought iron allowing the water to flow on each side of the basin.
The capital, flared and nicely molded, is perfectly flat.


This 100% hand-crafted in Provence fountain in stone would be ideal for wide spaces.
